NOTICE: PLEASE NOTE THAT IT HAS BEEN DISCOVERED THAT THE U.S. POST OFFICE IS OFTEN MARKING PACKAGES AS “DELIVERED” FALSELY. IT IS BELEIVED THAT THIS IS DONE IN AN EFFORT TO SATISFY THEIR ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE IN A TIMLY MANNER. AS A RESULT, WE CANNOT ASSIST IN UNDELIVERED PACKAGES UNTIL 5 DAYS AFTER THE POST OFFICE HAS MARKED THE PACKAGE DLIVEED AND IT WAS NOT RECEIVED. OFTEN THE PACKAGE IS RECEIVED WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THIS ONGOING ISSUE WHEN ORDERING IN AN EFFORT TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE TIMELY.
Disclosure: Please be advised that ALL ORDERS are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase unless otherwise noted. We do not have control over the timeframe in which the USPS delivers the product to your home. The “estimated arrival date” is generated by the USPS and is just an estimated date of delivery. Once your item is prepared for shipment, you are emailed a tracking number as a means for you to track your package. Inclement weather in any part of the region can and will affect delivery as well as COVID-19. Out of fairness to our company, please be mindful of this when leaving reviews regarding shipping. I assure you the delay will not be as a result of AlliJay Creations not shipping your order timely. Refunds cannot be issued as a result.
