The Post Office has been marking packages delivered although they are not and as a result, we asked that you do not contact us until after the 5th day of not receiving your package. Once your item is prepared for shipment, you are emailed a tracking number as a means for you to track your package. Inclement weather in any part of the region can and will affect delivery as well as COVID-19. Out of fairness to our company, please be mindful of this when leaving reviews regarding shipping.
