Disclosure:  Please be advised that ALL ORDERS are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase unless otherwise noted. We do not have control over the timeframe in which the USPS deliver the product to your home. The “estimated arrival date” is generated by the USPS and is just an estimated date of delivery. The Post Office will mark packages delivered although they are not and as a result, we asked that you do not contact us until after the 5th day of not receiving your package. Once your item is prepared for shipment, you are emailed a tracking number as a means for you to track your package. Inclement weather in any part of the region can and will affect delivery as well as COVID-19.  Out of fairness to our company, please be mindful of this when leaving reviews regarding shipping. I assure you the delay will not be as a result of AlliJay Creations L.L.C. not shipping your order timely.  All jewelry should be inspected upon receipt.  We will allow a 2-day inspection period after delivery.  We recognize that things happen in transit, but after this time frame, we will not be responsible for damaged jewelry or lost charms.  No refunds or exchanges will be offered as a result.  If available, we will sell you a replacement item/charm. This is also the case for brooches/pins with any type of Rhinestones.  Regarding youth jewelry, we highly recommend that you teach your youth how to properly handle and care for the item because we cannot be responsible for their negligence in losing or breaking the item.  Pictures of any issues are required!!   Please read the descriptions and review the sizing chart or message us for questions before ordering. The sizing charts are the best size estimation from the manufacturer so please allot for minimal measurement differences because exchanges or refunds are not accepted for sanitary reasons.  NO EXCEPTIONS!! Additionally, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND DIFFERENT MONITORS AND LIGHTING MAY AFFECT THE ACTUAL COLOR OF THE ITEM SHOWN IN THE PHOTO.  Refunds will not be issued as a result of this or shipping delays that are out of our control.
